GEEDS/Tooling Principal SW Quality Assurance Engineer: Valeo (Jun 2014 -Apr 2015) (Leading a team of 2 QA Engineers):

Participate in Organization Audits and conduct Process/Work Product Audits then report compliance rating to top management.
Working in coordination with the technical and project management teams to ensure the delivery of standard compliant work products to the customer.
Receive customer claims/complaints and initiate QRQCs to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and deliver reworked solutions to the customer in response to his complaint.
Participate in Formal reviews and customer reviews on GEEDS work products and ensure that review actions are tracked to closure.
Manage project assignations among QA team of GEEDS/Tooling.

Monitored and tracked the lifecycle of defects posted on defect tracking tool, escalate detected deviations and follow up on implementing and closing corrective actions.

Trained newly hired QA engineers on how to conduct QA reviews.

Created test cases and executing testing sessions.
Executed requirements, design, functional and performance testing as well as security testing (AppScan).
Created testing documents (Testing estimates, test plan, performance plan, traceability matrix, etc.).
Created SQL views and queries to test DWH’s.

Wrote and executed testing scripts.
Updated test cases to suit the modifications made in new builds.
Reported bugs on TTS to the development team.
