• Preparing datacenter and network infrastructure Bid document
• Managing project like building new datacenter and network infrastructures.
• Preparing annual ICT Directorate plan, develop strategic plan
• Evaluating ICT staff
• Managing incoming and outgoing data of the university
• Make sure the current datacenter are running properly
• Setting up squid proxy server
• Taking backup
• Training and mentoring ICT staff and administrative staff
• Introducing new technologies and systems to the university
• Analyzing incident and solving problems.
• Configuring core switch, distribution switches, access switches and firewalls (cisco and Huawei)
• Monitoring AD users, creating group policies
• Configuring LTSP for thin client
• Troubleshoot client/server problem and resolve problems
• Assisting users on any IT related difficulties and problems
• Managing and controlling digital library
• Giving courses like cisco CCNA
• Microsoft office 365 email management
