* Responsible for supporting F &B departments effectively and efficiently of handling in day to
day basis.
* Responsible for handling front office reception duties, including greetings guest, answering
phones, handling company inquiries and distributing mail.
* Responsible for the inquiry of restaurant promotions and preparations.

* Update and maintain internal staff contact list.
* Type documents, reports and correspondence.
* Co-ordinate and organizedappointments and meetings.
* Assists with event planning and emplementation.
* Monitor and maintain office supplies.
* Keep office area clean and tidy.
* Involved in stock control and management work within guidelines, particularly with brands.
* Receiving and storing the delivery of a large amount of stocks, keeping up to date with special
promotions and putting up display.
* Assisting the shoppers to find the good products they are looking for, giving advice and
guidance on product selection of customers.
* Responsible in processing cash and card payments, answering queries from the customers.
* To upsell the product to reach the aim revenue target.
* Advice the customers to buy and to return to buy in the future.
* Woks on company finance, received payments.
* Responsiblefor the complete customer service.
* Greeting the customers who enter the shop with smile.
* Responsible for inventory and cash flow.
* Attend the company training and handling the customer’s querries and complain.
* Balancing cash register with the reciept.
