Scope of work :
• Directing team in design development
• Coordinate tasks between other sections.
• Checking all shop drawing produced by team.
• Review Contract Drawings (Arch. And Civil Drawings).
• Reviewing Drawings Prepared By Sub-Contractors.
• Preparing Submittal Packages.
• Creating, Preparing, Updating and Progressing Design drawings and Shop drawings with al necessary details.
• Solving all related problems.
• Projects Design Coordination among the Architectural, Civil and Electro-mechanical activities between Office and Site.
Projects:
• KAP 5 - KSA (Project with the Ministry of Interior KSA- 40 sites of the kingdom total area= 143000 sqm)
• Al Rashid Shopping Mall-Dammam - KSA (400, 000sqm Shopping Mall 100, 000 land over)
• Al Rashid Hotel-Dammam - KSA (300 Keys Hotel)
• Tabet Residence- Monte Verde- Lebanon

Following site works and ensuring that all routine activities are carried out including all tests & measurements
Preparation of the requests for inspection, with the Engineer & the Subcontractors in accordance with the electro-mechanical & finishing activities on site
Following the Subcontractor’s activities according to the site instructions sent by the Site Manager & piloting them to do the job at the right time and place.
Handled different design projects and followed them through the different phases until construction and site supervision.
Specially private residence and villa, in addition to zoning/urbanisme plans, and designing three church with shop drawings plans
Reviewing Drawings Prepared By Sub-Contractors.
