All responsibility, and knowledge of QA/QC program as per SAS() and ISO and the Manuel of' MODFCO
Scheduling the daily production for powder section and liquid section.
Prepare QA/QC plan for daily production.
Schedule the production as per the demand, based on daily, weekly and monthly.
Stock control of raw materials and finish product.
Quality inspection for all products at all times such as filling packing and palliating.
Prepare daily consumption of raw materials and finish products.
Manpower handling based on company policy.
Scheduling all maintenance of machine ‘ and routine checkup of the machine with the punch list.
Managing complete production as per the schedule.
Prepare. materials request, production report, manpower report, stock inventory by monthly.
Maintain minimum quality and standard at work. product and human rescore
Handling a crew shift (as a Team Leader) to ensure that daily targets in safety, material handling, quality and production are met.
- Responsible for product flow starting from prepares raw marital up to final products packing's machines smoothly without stoppage.
- Responsible for the quality of product and ensuring strict adherence and procedure of detergent production standards.
- Responsible for updating Performance reports and product reports.
- Preparation of Daily & Weekly Maintenance/Line Report to the Maintenance Engineer & Production Managers.
- Ensure all devices and equipment running well with optimal methods and to decry loss time in the process.
- Responsible for ensuring that employees are present and the work is completed on time.
- Plan, assign, supervising employees And monitor staff assignments and provide basic training to staff.
- Manages the day-to-day product planning, operation and problem-solving so that a product meets its required production quality and quantity.
- Develop hazard control practices and programs for hazardous conditions and practices and assist in communicating hazard control information and evaluates effectiveness of the control as process Engineer and shift leader.
Control the variables of drying process to produce products according to required specification.
- Supervision process of preparing drying slurry according to predetermined formula (portion of material and sequences).
- Ensure that all devices and equipment running with optimal methods.
- Monitor and record the operational maintenance.
- Direct technicians during manufacturing process.
- Training technicians and increase efficiency of them.
