Contributed in overachieving the sales quota for the company by empowering the field sales with the right products for the right customers choices out of the vendors catalogues, assisting them by providing BOQs, Plans and customer offers. Owned the RFP process for various mega projects like Vodafone and Banque du Caire. Innovated a new showroom’s design and showroom managment frame work. Organizing and developing all promotional activities within the showroom in a way that maximizes sales Overlooked the safety of the showroom for the workers and the customers.
Managed the whole Ecosystem of the company leveraging a strong relationship management for customers, suppliers and contractors. Led the project management aspect of the projects setting the right scope, putting the right budget and timeline.
Led the design department of a Flair Egypt owning the Quality assurance and the installation process of the design. Collaborated with the design team to design full fledge interior project including kitchens, Bathrooms, Wall solutions and working drawings in general.
