HASIB is specialized company in the development and delivery of integrated IT systems and solutions since1985, I am there in charge of implementing and analyzing complex systems for government and private sectors. My role includes analysis, design, architecting, development planning, testing, and deployment processes for variety of separate projects in a multitasking manner using DevOps Azure Server, SharePoint, Visio, MS Project depending agile standards and methodologies. In addition I am using my strong knowledge and experience in Angular, Rest APIs, and .NET Core to manage and accelerate Product Development and optimization. I am also leading various projects teams members throughout the whole SLDC for each individual system either analysts, designers, developers or even implementers to meet the needs and constraints of the project plan and customer requirements precisely. I plays an active role in prioritizing and scheduling projects by providing project management, feasibility studies, resource allocation as well as participating in training, business cases preparation and customer presentations and Steering Committees . I always utilize my strong business skills in reviewing, analyzing auditing and modifying systems besides having long hands on architecting new systems or modifications to existing ones by developing instructions for analysts
and developers in creating detailed design specifications including system narratives, file layouts, screen layouts, report layouts, and system narratives as well as resolving complex problems by conducting a thorough analysis of the problems and employing appropriate strategies for resolution. I contributed there to a large scale projects such as a complete ERP System which is integrated to various government platforms and works for public and private sector in many areas like Accounting, Financial Management, Assets Management, HR management, Budget Planning, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, and more.
Saleh Adulaziz Al-Rajhi Company is a limited liability multimillion company of more than 800 employees investing mainly in four sectors which are Manufacturing, Real-estate, Agriculture and Hospitality. I joined the company as IT Business Analyst at the Head Office, my role could be summarized as follows: -
-Identifying company's business needs and writing business case documents to initiate IT solutions to meet these needs and objectives.
-Performing Business Model analysis, Process Design (As-Is and To-Be)
-Generating Business Requirement Document (BRD) covering functional, non-functional and Constraint requirements precisely.
-Audit systems and assess their outcomes
-Training and coaching employees on the new systems.
After three years of analyzing company business and systems as well as leading their IT projects to success I've been promoted to be IT Section head and assigned as an acting IT Manager of the group IT Department reporting directly to the CEO. Hence, my role expanded to include: -
-Plan, organize, control and evaluate systems and operations using the best practice methodologies.
-Planning, Budgeting to ensure cost and timeline effectiveness of software projects.
-Leading an internal development team as well as external outsourcing buddies to design and implement company internal portal, ERP and variety of software tools and sub systems.
-Developing and implementing systems, policies, procedures and best practice guides for the different activates of the company sectors.
-Develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.

Advanced Research Group (ARG) - A company that provides the market with a custom ERP, CRM, HR software solutions as well as Web Advanced Applications using Microsoft SharePoint Technology and ASP.NET MVC. My basic role was to act as systems analyst. I closely collaborate with customers, development and internal colleagues to meet the right requirements and managing different projects both short & long term including .NET Custom Systems and SharePoint Portals. Keeping technical requirements into consideration, I was building product roadmap and development path until customer satisfaction is verified. I was also responsible for facilitating prioritizing and communicating functional and technical requirements of technical projects to the development team in addition to managing them. Briefly my job role could be summarized as follows:
-Analyzing clients' existing systems
-Eliciting and analyzing technical product requirements
-Utilizing in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to design and implement secure solutions to meet client needs.

-Preparing statement of work (SOW) and requirement determination plan and developing work-breakdown structures (WBS).

-Drawing up a testing mechanism for the complete system.

Gulf Rose E & C - an event management company specialized in organizing conferences and exhibitions in Riyadh City. My basic role was designing, coding and modifying and maintaining visually appealing websites, registration points software, ticketing systems and database analytics for all events organized by the company. Also, I was participating in for professional and technical preparation of events' workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies with direct and regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management. I was able to show my strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards as well as deep expertise and hands on experience with web applications and web services (REST/SOAP) with fluency in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, C#/ASP.NET/MVC, E-Commerce, Angular JS, JSON, and Web API.
Explorer Techniques (EXPTEC) - an advanced IT service provider from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is focused to offer flexible business-centric solutions that enable to improve day-to-day implementation of client’s business strategies. It works on developing and support software that facilitates the customers to have quality, worth, and value of their time and cost. As software developer I was responsible for designing and programming systems caring specific determinations about system performance as well as planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner working closely with upper management. Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports were the most key point in my work, in Addition I made presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers.
StarSoft, a software house provides tailored systems and web applications. I worked as web developer responsible for the design, layout and coding of customer projects . Also, I was being involved with the graphics and UI aspects of the website or the software system - how the system works and how it looks. Also, been involved with the maintenance and update of the existing Websites. As well as giving training courses on web development and graphics design in the institute related to the company.
