• Advise, draft, and review contracts, MOU, NDA, JVA, FIDIC etc.
• Negotiate with parties to draft, review and prepare executed contracts and documents.
• Ensure accuracy considerations and appropriateness of contracts
• Ensure the company’s investment and policy comply with relevant laws and regulations of the local and international law
• Participate in various legal projects and initiatives
• Support and provide strategies to other departments whenever needed
• Identify investment’s legal risks and avoid potential legal issues
• Support HR Department and ensure compliance with Labor Laws
• Support Finance Department and mitigate risks regarding Finance, Valuation, Deposit, Investment agreements.
• Provide guidance and legal support to the litigation section.
• Provide legal opinion to the company’s inquiries.
• Drafting memorandums such as, statement of claims, opposition appeal, Cancelation action, appealing judgments, desists and desist letter, complaints, and law suits.
• Attending hearing sessions at Board of Grievance Court, Labor Court, plenary Court.
• Advising Clients on the use and protection of trademarks and the classes of goods or service they need to cover with their registration.
• Interpreting laws, ruling and regulations for individual and business.
• Drafting Contracts.
• Researching and preparing cases
