- Receives approved payroll summary report from HR department then reviews and compares additions and deductions
- Ensures proper supporting documents are in place for payroll processing.
- Assures all employees are being paid according to their bank accounts.
- Provides certain reports to the higher management levels with executive summaries (Totals, special payments, increments...etc.)
- Adheres by the internal and external control policies and procedures to maintain organization goals and plans.
- Readiness to explain any variances upon any debates with the employees
- Assuring HR and attendance systems are in full working state - i.e. finger-print system, HRMS,

 HR Administration
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
