Junior Expert developer / web designer to the Unit Program Support, Sector Support of Water Resources in Algeria (EUROPEAID/122241/C/SER/DZ), under a program funded by the European Union on behalf of the Ministry of Water Resources. I thus developed the Department's website as well as that of the 48 sites of the Directorates of hydraulic Wilayas (equivalent to prefectures in France). These sites have a portal map-based PostgreSQL / Geoserver / MapFish.
