Duties:
• Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural (Deep & Raft Foundation; Post tension slab) & finishing works (Block work; Plaster; Marble; Paint; Raised Floor; Aluminum Cladding & Curtain wall..) and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities.
• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
• Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
• Co-ordination with sub-contractors for a smooth flow of works
• Co-ordination with MEP work.
