Duties:
- Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural (Deep Foundation’ piles; Pile cap’; Strap & Ground beams; escalator; Hollow core slab; Steel structure…) & finishing works (Block work, Plaster, Marble; Ceramic tiles; Paint; Landscaping work; False Ceiling; GRC work) and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities.
Co-ordination with Consultant & Project Manager regarding works and inspection.
- Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
- Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
- Co-ordination with sub-contractors for a smooth flow of works.
- Co-ordination with MEP work.
- Sourcing; Enquiries to the site Management of construction material.

- Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
- Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
- Co-ordination with sub-contractors for a smooth flow of works.
- Co-ordination with MEP work.
