• Follow up tasks achievements, and requirements of customers with the responsible.
• Archiving, organizing and indexing all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Organize work schedules for the executive director.
• Provide top management with all required information on time.
• Remind the executive director with all tasks that relating to work (daily / weekly).
• Review and audit outgoing correspondence before signing from senior management.
• Implement Company plans, instructions and policy, and organizing transactions related to the executive director.
• Prepare new organized plans to get Continuous efficiency and successful work.
• Manage Nazeel Hotel Management System and Furnished Apartments.
• Manage Comsys Hotel Management system.
• Responsible for handling front office, reception and administrative duties.
• Manage accurate accounting for all rooms; prepare balance of payments and conclusion reports for next shift.
• Manage the registration process and prepare travel vouchers.
• Handle daily guest check-in and check-out on system.
• Greet guests and patrons once arriving, and inform them about hotel offers and facilities.
• Manage all calls (in-out), keep messages, operate a switchboard, also send emails and faxes.
• Receive letters, Arrange appointments, Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Follow-up TripAdvisor to check the estimation of guests.
• Reported directly to HR/Admin manager of the company.
• Maintaining confidentiality of work, reports, files, and its contents.
• Provide HR manager with all the required information on time.
• Review and audit outgoing correspondence before signing from HR manager.
• Prepare correspondence, documents and presentations also organize and archive all incoming and outgoing correspondence using e-system.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory and equipment.
• An ambassador for my country with the guest.
• Give guest a brief about day's program, then make calls to confirm bookings for the following day.
• Lead visitors to national monuments, historical and archaeological sites, museums and all nature attractions.
• Offer the guest an interesting description of the location, including its history and other points of interest.
• Answer all questions and make the tour organized, safe and amusing to keep tourists comfortable and satisfied.
