Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hand on participate of operating and maintaining emergency lighting systems, fire alarm and life safety systems, ICT, security systems and other ELV systems includes layouts, schematics, calculations, reports and specification from scheme to tender design.
• Revit and CAD proficient with fire protection drawings.
• Apply engineering principles and fundamentals of fire protection design including but not limited to fire pump calculations, pipe sizing, gas suppression, deluge, pre-action systems and high-rise design.
• Apply risk management procedures daily to minimize client’s exposure to problems through understanding of many NFPA code sections, and variations from year to year.
• Carry on Inspection, Maintenance, Rectification, Installation of Addressable & Conventional fire Alarm & Emergency light System, Gas detection system, firefighting system & Fire suppression System and Fire Pumps.
• Critically evaluate contractor pricing and cost estimates.
• Perform front-end loading of fire protection systems for projects with project managers.
• Attend design team meetings and provide the correct and reasonable interpretation without extensive research.
• QC reviews of all calculations and correspondence by designers, and provide guidance and mentoring.
• Contributes revisions of standards and master specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares specifications, plans, estimates and reports pertaining to the construction, maintenance and operation of traffic engineering facilities and street lighting systems.
• Applying Street lighting, Traffic lighting standards, codes (CIE 115, CIE88)
• Reviewing street lighting design, software and construction.
• liaising with local authorities and agencies.
• Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non-Conformance Report (NCR), reviewed by his line supervisor.
• Review the tests and reports required to street lighting and ensure that they conform to the specifications
• Submission & Review of Engineering deliverables drawings, material submittals, quality plan etc.as per project specification.
• Make sure that any activity offered for his inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Review the tests and reports required to light the streets (LM79, 80, 82, 84, 85 etc.) and ensure that they conform to the specifications
