Validation of Heliostat before installation in the field.
• Review the mechanical drawings, reports and specifications submitted by Design Consultants at each stage of the Design for Firefighting System, Drainage System and HVAC System.
• Review in a timely manner the Design Consultant/Subcontractors submittals and forward comments to Engineering Manager.
• Write and review of change requests (TQ) submitted to the Design Consultant.
• Review and follow-up the MAR submitted by Supplier/Manufacturer.
• Prepare and submit technical recommendation to Design Consultant.
• Technical Evaluation for MAR.
• Write and Review of Mechanical Method Statement for Firefighting Pipe in Tunnel.
• Provide Technical inputs to Draftsman for production of Shop Drawing.
• Attend technical meeting with
• Design, preparation and supervising of piping hydro-static test using ASME procedure.
• Quality control of mechanical assembly according to the procedures.
• Mechanical preparation and supervising for chemical cleaning of the boiler.
• Analysing mechanical problems for coal conveyors (chain conveyor and belt conveyor).
• Monitoring and planning construction schedule of plant.
• Qualification of welders.
• Supervising and monitoring the welding and assembly of boiler.
• Supervising and monitoring the non-destructive test (PT, MT, RT, and UT).
• Making daily welding report.
• Controlling Isometric & P&ID drawing plan.
• Preparation of Mechanical punch lists.
• Receiving and checking equipment on site.
• Proposition for adequate quality and improving procedures.
• Coordinating with the subcontractor.
