Responsibilities:
• Management of sales support team consisting of Administration / Logistics, PRO and Driver in order to provide best possible in-country service to our clients and consultants - full ownership and understanding of the visa process within the UAE & Iraq market
• Business Development with International and National Oil Companies
• Initially account management of both contract & permanent revenue streams
• Full responsibility for Iraq and UAE office monthly budgets, cost of sales and P&L
• Monthly reports to senior management on development of Iraq office along with monthly forecast report.
• Formulation of business plans to increase contract clients within Iraq Market
• Creation of commercial proposals and tenders for development of business within the Iraqi Market
• Recruitment of Oil & Gas engineers for contract opportunities within the Iraqi Market
• Full knowledge of the payroll, invoicing and finance systems
• Development of a visa solution in Iraq for consultants required to mobilise at short notice with key International Oil Companies
• Developed key relationships at a senior level both internally and externally

Gaining Permanent SOC Passes for our contractors to be in Field
Getting Iraq Visas for our contractors in Iraq

He has 5 years’ experience managing global key accounts and teams, and 3 years’ experience as a Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist within the Oil & Gas and Engineering sectors. Most recently, Unis joined Eaton Corporation as a Global MBA Intern in Youngsville, North Carolina, managing inventory and operations with their Youngsville Supply Chain team. He was proud to be one of 256 applicants selected for this competitive Internship program out of over 25,000 applicants. Prior to attending Thunderbird, Unis managed global key accounts as a regional operations manager for Aldelia and NES Global Talent in the Middle East. His portfolio included BP (with 900+ personnel), Exxon Mobil, Shell and ENI ($30 Million dollars annually).
