مشرف محجر مسؤول عن عمليات الحفر والتفجير وتنسيق عمليات الحفر ومتابعتها بالإضافة إلى متابعة جميع الآيات التعدين والتي يبلغ عددها 30 آلية بالاضافة ايضاً إلى متابعة وتشغيل الكسارات وجميع الكادر الذي يبلغ ما يزيد عن 60 موظف
وإدخال جميع التقارير على برنامج الساب
✓ Responsible for 3 different ores mining sites : Limestone, Pozzolana, Carbonate
✓ Responsible for 30 heavy duty mining machines, operation and
maintenance.
✓ To ensure implement mining plane to feed cement factory with Limestone.
needed and other corrective and additive material.
✓ Operate carbonate mine to ensure high quality and produce many types of
grades which meet the demands.
✓ Operate Pozzolana mine to feed the cement plant with corrective and additive
materials
✓ Cost reduction according to time management, preventive maintenance
planes, short term mining plan and long term mining plan
✓ Responsible for more than 100 employee.
My responsibilities :
✓ Financial:
✓ Responsible for OSHP and AHP Plant performance to optimize running hours.
✓ rigorous planning, preparation of budgets execution and control of plant
activities during shift.
✓ Manage emergencies in the Plant and take timely action to avoid failures and
improve availability and reliability.
✓ Ensure quality of Oil shale received from fuel supplier.
✓ To ensure evacuation of ESP Hoppers, Bottom Ash Hopper and Silos to avoid
generation loss
✓ Operational :
✓ To monitor shift activities /events and important parameters and ensure all
defects are registered properly & liquidated by planned outage.
✓ To ensure dust free environment. Availability/reliability of equipment like DE,
DS, Bag Filter systems.
✓ Checking & control all operation related activities including Log Books of desk
and field engineer, Check List, Shift Routines (Trial run, Equipment changeover,
Joint checking as per schedule), PTWs, Logic bypass Register etc.
✓ Fuel yard management to ensure required fuel quantity
✓ Implement relevant modules of computerized maintenance management
system at Plant level.
✓ To have quick response during emergency condition by analyzing the situation,
anticipating potential problems and taking appropriate action within his
purview and also to act as per the instructions from superior.
✓ To ensure healthiness of fire systems such as fire hydrants and sprinkler
systems and regular spraying of water in the oil shale heaps at yard
✓ Responsible for safe Plant Operation Start up, shut down, Emergency
Handling, Troubleshooting etc.
✓ Adherence to the organization procedures issued by the management and
assist in developing, defining and ensuring compliance to power plant
policies and SOPs.
✓ Participate in the Planning of all Maintenance Activities.
✓ To act as Incident Controller during on site emergency (fire incident, major
equipment failure and underground water rush).
✓ Ensure proper housekeeping of entire OSHP and AHP.
✓ Responsible for the safety & security of all the assets / manpower within
the OSHP and AHP area
My responsibilities :
✓ Follow up acts of drilling and blasting.
✓ Optimization operating mechanisms of mining.
✓ Follow up Mining plan and mine design (short term plan and long
term plan).
✓ Follow up the quantity and quality of quarry production.
✓ Follow up raw mix design for cement manufacturing, and increased
crushers productivity (Jaw, Cone and Hammer crushers).
✓ Reporting as daily, monthly and annually for mining manager
and plant manager.
✓ Responsible for about 20 employee.
✓ My responsibilities :
Supervision the manufacturing process of Fertilizers and Chemicals for
7 production( units Utilities, Sulfuric Acid, TSP, Phosphoric
Acid, CaCl2, DCP, SOP), arrangement with author departments
(maintenance and electrical) and responsible for about 36 employee.
My responsibilities:
✓ Supervise and monitoring various tasks in field.
✓ calculate and report (as daily and monthly) production amounts.
✓ Follow up digging and blasting works.
