•Develop appropriate selling approaches to potential and current customers to facilitate achievement of the business plan

•Regularly review account performance making appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns.

•Provide necessary supervision and guidance to the staff for effective completion of tasks.
•Marketing and handling the clients. Also responsible in setting up proposal, financial analysis.
