2- Delivered presentations on “Learning Organizations” and “Work performance Excellence” to work department and other company departments,
3- Performed job interviews for contractor Managers on various Saudi Aramco construction projects as well as trained department leaders on job interviewing skills,
4- Reviewed & enhanced various construction projects’ Quality Plans, submitted by major contractors on Saudi Aramco construction projects, using the ISO-10005, “Guide for Quality Plans” principles. Delivered several trainings and presentations on Quality Plan to Saudi Aramco Inspection Department Senior staff, colleagues, and contractors,
6- Considered subject matter expert on the new e-Logbook tool used on all Saudi Aramco Capital projects; providing ongoing training and consulting support on use, awareness and understanding of same,

Performed Quality Assurance and management functions on the complete development of design packages of FAA’s refurbish-structures projects performed by contract design engineers. Projects included preparing engineering bid packages for aviation installations, including design, specifications, cost estimating, environmental & safety issues, and transmittal preparation on buildings components, such as roofs, lots, rooms, finishes, electrical equipment (MCCs, Transformers, Power Systems, UPS, etc.), mechanical systems (HVAC, Pumps, Vacuum, Cooling Towers, Engine Generators, etc.), security systems, accessibility systems, environmental abatement and impact studies, . Prepared professional projects bid packages (included design, specifications, cost, environmental, safety and transmittal content) for the United States Federal Aviation Administration for refurbishing and renovating aviation facilities & installations. Facilities and Installations included, but were not limited to, Air Route Traffic Control Centers & Airports Air Traffic Control Towers, Flight Service Stations, Radar Sites, Communication Towers, Airports Landing Systems and VORs Equipment & Equipment Shelters. Performed other speciality projects initiating and quality monitoring, namely,
wheelchair accessibility (wheelchair lifts & ramps), security systems, cafeteria equipment, in-plant modular offices, and lead & asbestos abatement) & some electrical & mechanical systems.
Monitored and managed heavy construction projects (Roads & Bridges, Drainage Structures, Asphalt & Concrete, Pre-Stressed Concrete, Seismic Bridge Assemblies, Railroads & Traffic Control Systems). Handled the day to do construction monitoring activities from kick-off meetings through project acceptance & closure.

This Masters of Art in Innovation & Change explored the theories and models of all modern innovation, change, strategy and leadership in a broad and detailed study and research methodology. It included four minor modules; namely: Organizational Change, Innovation in Organizations, Leadership theories and practice, and Organizational Strategy, each marked as a research paper, and was concluded with a major term thesis, of 20,000 words about a research question (in my case) related to research the validity of the Kirkpatrick;s organizational learning four levels and proving the relation between each level as being linear and codependent.
This bachelor of science degree is in civil engineering with a major in Structural engineering and several minors; namely: Geo-technical Engineering, building construction, Hydraulics and Systems design. I earned this prestigious engineering degree through very hard and dedicated effort. Purdue University is one of the very top engineering icons world wide.
