NADEC 30 MW/Hr Solar Project, EPC: ENGIE Solar: The Project Basically is Constructing, Testing and Commissioning of 30 MW/Hr Solar System Station (Single Axis Tracker Type) which is the Largest Solar Project within the Private Sector in Saudi Arabia).
My Duties and responsibilities are Consisting of but Not Limited to Managing and Directing all of the Following Project Related Departments:
• Construction (Planning and Following Up with the Construction Team All Site Activities as of Electrical, Mechanical and Civil to be Implemented on Site).
• Quality (Planning and Following Up with the Quality Team All Scope Validation Procedures and Processes on Site).
• Safety (Following Up with the Safety Manager Planning and Implementing Safety Procedures on Site).
• Planning and Scheduling (Following Up with the Planning Team the Time Planes, Updates, Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting).
• Engineering and Procurement (Following Up with Both Remote Departments the Engineering and Procurement Items).
• Administration (Making Sure that that Admin Department is following Up the System 100% in terms of Logistics, Security, HR and Accounts).

Managed the entire project management cycle from building relationships with internal or external clients and identifying requirements to closeout. Survey sites, estimate costs, generate quotes and project schedules, negotiate budgets, and form contracts. Collaborate with architects or engineers to gain permits and drawings and work closely with senior management, the board of directors, and vendors for two projects as stated below:
• Alfanar Main Store in the Western Region.
• 4 Stories Ladies GYM in Jeddah.

Participated within the entire project management cycle from building relationships with internal or external clients and identifying requirements to closeout. Survey sites, estimate costs, generate quotes and project schedules, negotiate budgets, and form contracts. Collaborate with architects or engineers to gain permits and drawings and work closely with senior management, the board of directors, and vendors.
•Contributed in over 90 upgrades and MEP construction projects worth 80 million SR in full compliance with local codes, regulations, deadline, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
•Monitor operations and allocate resources (subcontractors, equipment, raw materials, and company labour) to reach project milestones, while staying within budget.
•Concurrently Supervised 60-70 projects and provide ongoing leadership, support, and training to improve staff performance and guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards.
•Manage relationships with Consultants, subcontractors and suppliers in order to secure materials or additional workforce with the best price to quality ratio, while avoiding excess.
•Review and Approve POs, Vos and Invoices before sending them to the Higher Management.

Supervised construction and Fit-Out projects from start to finish and led 3 foremen and 100+ personnel on a daily basis. Reviewed and prepared contracts, permits, project schedules, cost estimates, and insurance documentation. Maximized profit margins through expert resource allocation.
• Contributed in construction and finishing of: 17 Health Care Primary Clinic Units (60 million SR; 30, 000 m²) and King Salman Specialised Hospital (200 million SR; 40, 000 m²),
• Ensured projects were executed by deadline, budget, and quality objectives and improved compliance with government regulations and HSE standards.

Closely collaborated with project managers and Saudi Aramco Construction Managers throughout the early project planning phases in order to prepare all civil engineering Earth Works and Site Preparation of 7.5 million Square Meter for SADARA Project

• Supervising Over than 80 Heavy Equipment and Machinery Operators to prepare the Cutting, Backfilling, Utilities Installation and Asphalting Works.

• liaising with government and local authorities and obtaining required construction permits and authorizations.

Directed operations and led foremen and subcontractors to drive construction performance and reach project milestones, while sustaining high levels of risk aversion, health & safety, and quality. Evaluated field problems, arranged project meetings and coordinated timely review and resolution of on-site issues
• Provided the project manager with ongoing progress reports and assisted with budget delegation, vendor management, and invoicing.
• Contributed in Construction and Finishing of 200 Residential Villas at Diplomatic Quarter for the construction of a luxurious complex of private villas.
