Job Responsibilities
1. Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and social media.
2. Sourcing candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc.).
3. Evaluating and screen resumes and cover letters.
4. Using tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
5. Conducting detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates for further consideration.
6. Preparing new hire paperwork ensure legislation requirements are met.
7. Preparing and maintain on-boarding documentation for different sites.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise production Line that includes washing, drying, sorting, and packaging according to volume.
2. Monitoring inventory levels and purchasing raw martial. Co-ordinating with supplier to meet daily material demands.
3. Supervise Loading, Unloading and logistics operations. Planning of delivery and quantity surveying.
4. Quality control and product examination Machinery survey for maintains.
