Manage and direct the supervision team to undertake daily inspections of the works.
·Resolves site issues Presents progress and package issues to the client team.
·Establishes the program requirements for all project areas and monitors site staff
performance.
· Work with other managers, project engineers and discipline Heads to develop budgets,
schedules and plans for the various elements of the project.
·Plans, directs, supervises and controls all project technical and managerial aspects.
·Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activities within the
program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost,
schedule, performance or Client relations.

·Assist the design department with design concepts and design modifications.
·Assist the QS\tendering department with cost\time calculation.
·Assist the project director in defining the scope of work.
·Review all Civil/Structural related documents, such as (Shop Drawings, RFIs, Prequalification
Submittals, Material Submittals, Design Reports, Design Drawings, Concept Drawings, Progress
reports…etc.) in accordance with the project specifications, QCS and international standards.
·Assist the QS\Contract department in evaluating change orders and variations
·Review of payments applications.
·Quality control and Quality assurance.
·Scope validation.
·Preparing design. snagging, technical and progress report.
·Coordination with other trades.
·Preparing structural design 3D model using (Robot Structural Analysis).
·Kick-off, Progress and Technical meetings.
·Project closeout
