Riyadh Bus Rapid Transit Stations BRT
Scope includes modifications of four highways for the Riyadh Bus Rapid Transit Project. Works include several items to be executed in order to create separate lanes for the buses in the median of roads, as well as landscaping, electrical works, road traffic management system, temporary roads and detours.
The total lengths of road works is 34 km distributed between Hamzah Ibn Abdul Muttalib Road (7.1km), Dirab Road (7.4 km), Prince Mohammad Ibn Abdul Rehman Road (6.5 km) and Al Kharj Road (12.5 km)
Main Duties :
-Takes a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and checks and confirms that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
- Integrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties.
- Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan.
- Establishes and implements methods for determining activity durations within assigned disciplines or specialties.
- Develops quantity release and/or installation curves for assigned disciplines/areas or specialties.
-prepare presentation for client -present minutes of progress meeting-review monthly & weekly report
- Developing and submission of detailed and comprehensive construction programs include loading resources, financial implications and all relevant Contract requirements.
- Updating the master program in comparison to actual site progress and reporting progress to the project manager and Planning Manager.
- Progress monitoring and identifying the potential problem areas obstructing work progress and proposing plans for improvement.
- Preparing look ahead programmes.
- Assessment of available Human & Plant Resources and preparing histograms for the successful completion of the projects and advising the management about the same.
- Preparation of Target Programmes
- Review the sub-contractor programmes and follow-up with them for the progress issues. - Preparation of Weekly & monthly report
