Scope of work:
Works with MOI (UAE), Advance Passenger Information Center (UAE), EIDA, DNRD and SITA stakeholders with following scope of work:
•Creating and managing DB objects.
•Experience with Performance Tuning for Oracle using indexing, partitioning and DML re-engineer.
•Submission and delivery of change request.
•Generate accurate reports using SQL and Weekly core team reports..
•Deployment under AIX environment.
•Perform daily system monitoring and verifying the integrity and availability of all server resources, systems and key processes.
•Supporting applications on multiple platforms, windows/AIX environments.
•Solving application's performance issues.
•Compliance with the client and internal SLAs.
•Management of defects to acceptable levels.
•Identify and prioritize the system requirements
•Communicates with project stakeholders regarding test results and CRS deployment as well.
•Hold regular cadence meetings to document outstanding defects and enhancement requests.
•Determine stakeholder priorities
•Plan, schedule and oversee maintenance work by offshore vendors
•Implement continual; improvement to ensure best practice is maintained and where appropriate
Such processes in wider support organization.
•Creating ETL jobs for Project Requirements.
•Work directly with the client to understand analysis, develop and test new business
Functional requirements and post go live monitoring.
•Requires an element of on-call in a rotation.
•Ability to troubleshoot Production application issues escalated by L2/L3
•Develop requirements documents for approval by stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities included:
• System analysis, coding, testing, debugging and deploying.
• Ensure application design and code meets user interface standards (Forms and reports).
• Designed and developed procedures and functions and encapsulated into PL/SQL packages to extract the data specific to customers.
• Creating Database Objects according to the client requirement and handled errors using Exceptions.
• Involved in Debugging, Troubleshooting Procedures, functions, packages, customizing the existing ones within tight deadlines.
• Developing SQL Loader scripts and PL/SQL statements to extract/migrate data from the legacy Mainframes application in the form of flat files and load the extracted and transformed data into the new database application.
• Extensively used TOAD and PL/SQL Developer for daily development jobs.
• Understanding client needs to make proper customization for HRMS.
• Involved in HRMS Conversions and Customization of training modules.
• Implemented ‘2interact HRMS’ (HR and Payroll modules), generate reports using SAP crystal report.
• Implemented ‘Mikro ERP’ (HR and Payroll modules), generate reports using Mikro tool report.
• Responsible for the development of database SQL queries Oracle and MSSQL
