I served as a head of collection and recovery in consumer finance department in retail banking division for the following products:
 Consumer Loans
 Mortgage
 Auto leasing
 Credit cards
It has worked to maintain the quality of products portfolios of retail banking follow through the collection of outstanding customer premiums and reduce credit losses and increased refunds of bad debt ratio for all products.
I was able during this period exceeded expectations with net annual losses for all products stood at 0.70% and increase recoveries debt ratio to exceed 200 million riyals annually in spite of the absence of the collection system
As it has been the establishment of staff KPIs and an incentive & rewards system for the collection and recovery staff to ensure better and raise the level of performance
also worked on the development of policies and procedures of collection and recovery to date.

During this period, I was responsible for the day-to-day management of the credit process & Teams, design
and prepare strategies for credit and operation processes and monitor efficient work of operation team in

I was able during my career of increasing the bank's share in the banking market while maintaining the quality of portfolio where the number of daily applications reached 700 applications were dealt and end

Analyse and recommend measures to reduce fraud related risks to which business activities are exposed, Perform data interrogation to identify possible trends which might be indicative of fraud.
Conducting and leading the investigations, supervising, preparing and reviewing the investigation reports of Preparing and conducting the fraud awareness programs across the bank, and participating in policy making in terms of fraud prevention and detection.
Working closely with related department, Legal department, Compliance, Risk, Audit, vendors & Investigate suspected fraud claims from insurers or other entity for auto leasing product.
