Key Responsibilities:
Investigated and solved inquires and complaints in some empathetic manners
Reviewed, edited and proofread contract documents to be in line with FIDIC and UAE
regulations.
Control project cost and time and highlight and critical issue could impact the project
handing over by utilizing all required tools.
Prepared/Ensure the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract Documents.
Inspect all workmanship and material.
Responsible for the final materials submittals and review.
Check and certify progress payments to the Contractor.
Check all Variation Orders and Change Orders required under the terms of the Contract.
Review requests for additional compensation and time extensions.
Final review of the Monthly Report.
Site Safety Monitoring wherein the monitoring activities, meetings, reviews, safety
violations, rectification measures, and accident reports are included in the Monthly
Progress Report.
Attend all meetings, and prepare written minutes for distribution.
Review correspondence and issue responses.
Review all construction activities regarding compliance with local authorities.
Review and make recommendations on Contractor’s claims.
Check and approve the final payment certificate submitted by the Contractor.
Review and check any Value Engineering to reduce project cost without compromising
project quality or prestige.
Review and edit the substantiated variation works technically and commercially with all
required documents, calculations and other required evidences.
