Anodizing & Powder Coating Supervisor
Production Engineer, Knows The Quality Of Powder Coating & Anodizing For The Aluminum.
1. Follow up finishing works of Block, Plaster, Tiles, Painting, Epoxy and False Ceiling.
2. Coordinate work with subcontractors and follow up their work and productivity.
3. Compiled, validated, and submitted reports on various Finishing matters • Job scope and target of work (block, Plaster internal and external, tile, paint, false ceiling and epoxy).
4. Achieving the quality of work according to the specifications and standards required.
5. Coordinate finishing works with site engineers.
6. Handing over the completed works to the quality control engineer and consultant.
7. Closely collaborated with construction contractors and finishing contractors to ensure both safety of the facility and timely, economic completion, according to public and corporal safety regulations.
8. Checking shop drawings and submit, material submittals to consultant for getting approval.
9. Calculating the quantity for the concrete (Slab & Column, Slip Form, Parapet and Staircase) and quantity for (Ceramic, Block and Plaster).
