• Preparing financial reports as a balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flow .
• Posting and preparing payment of suppliers and subcontracting (cheque /online transfer ).
• Posting Journal voucher during and at end of month.
• Preparing Bank reconciliation statement and daily bank position .
• Checking and review monthly expenses and provisions.
• Preparing the costing report for payroll at the end of month.
• Intercompany reconciliation, and posting of intercompany invoices.
• Preparing and posting petty cash report.
• Checking and review the purchase orders.
• Ability to deal with auditors ( KPMG and Delloet).
• Preparing monthly VAT reports.
• Review and post the billing & collection from clients.
• Posting and preparing payment of suppliers and subcontracting.
• Posting Journal voucher during and end of month.
• Preparing Bank reconciliation Statement.
• Manage of daily bank position.
• Preparing the costing report for payroll at the end of month ( upload to WPS system )
• Posting and preparing payments and donations to the AWQAF.
• Manage of collection of endowment funds such as donations and WAQF rents
• Checking and controlling monthly expenses.
