Project Cost : 35 Billion Dirhams (AED) , Client : Meydan Sobha Developers LLC, Dubai Main Contractor : Meydan Sobha Construction LLC, Dubai , Consultant : AE7.
Job Description :
• Managing & Executing Procurement of Subcontract packages & Material for the Project.
• Strategizing, Preparing & Monitoring pre-subcontracting work packages including scope, quantity, drawings & delivery schedule for all the materials.
• Floating, follow-up & review for submission of quotations & compliance statement and responding to queries.
• Preparing & review of post sub-contracting documents such as method statements, shop drawings, material submittal, finishes selection & RFI’s and ensuring quality of material supplied as per specifications.
• Liaise with client, consultant & subcontractors to ensure the best agreements are set for the business in terms of commercial and technical performance.
• Involved in the early stage development, review and coordinate of the design provided by the consultant.
• Follow up and confirm that all technical documents are sufficed to proceed with all work during - post tender stage.
• Leading the Engineering work for the project. (Shop drawing, Subcontractors prequalification, Material Submittals, Method Statement, RFIs, And As Built Drawing )
• Supporting Project Management in preparing Claim studies / where applicable.

o Planning for all site activities
o Arrange all site requirements (Material, Equipment, Drawing & Manpower)
o Coordinate with subcontractors & other departments (Technical, Quality control, Procurement, Consultant & Quantity surveyor)
o Follow up with finishing activity (Block, Plaster, Paint, Tiles, Façade, etc...).
o Review the RFIs, IRs, & shop drawings.
