regarding maintaining uniforms

- Re-establish the company
OTC since 1959 was a major leader in supplying home/office furniture. in the 60s and 70s was the sole supplier of offices to the ministry of education. in the 80s and mid-90s, OTC witnessed the launch of a new showroom making OTC operational with three outlets.
- Re-arrange process and procedures
Sales: initiate new sales P&P plans and evaluate the impact of these changes
Marketing: form a marketing support to the sales team by initiating a marketing calander and support materials (catalog - website- flyers)
Accounting:
Formulate a new system for cost accounting
Re-evaluate OTC stock
Force a No paper policy, automating all accounting P&P through a dedicated system

Sales: increased the sales team numbers by adding new members to the team
Stores: re-defined the tasks and responsibilities of each member of the Factory and stores
Delivery: increased the number of cars
