Manage KBR AMCDE and Aramco projects and the Facilities (shared services) for KBR

KSA FACILITIES MANAGER
Recruited to structure the organization of project management, real estate, construction and facility operations of new and current facilities (offices, showrooms, warehouses, and accommodations across Saudi Arabia region) to support operation and sales across Saudi to obtain more than $1.5B. Provide leadership of managing facility design, contract tendering, construction, maintenance, Accommodations, janitorial, and general operations in accordance to green buildings (LEED Platinum) specification and requirement to make the world a better place to live. During construction closely managed a General Contractor with a 120 plus workforce (depending on phase of project).

• Obtained LEED Platinum certification on the new corporate office (UTC One House) in Jeddah Saudi Arabia to reducing the pollution to environment with more renewable materials used in the construction as well as saving the energy consumption of 55% and AC cooling requirement of 15%.
• Directed Facilities Management for operations (security equipment, HVAC etc.) and repair / preventative / on-going maintenance of process equipment within budget of $2MM per annum.
• Direct Real Estate management for operation to improving and meeting clients’ requirements and expectations to increasing efficiency of sales to exceeding $1.5B revenue.
• Mange the entire cost of premises to achieving KPI, cash control, reduced logistic costs (20%) and liabilities, increasing ROI by 15%.

Major UTC Projects Completed: Corporate Office Facility (LEED Platinum), Jeddah, Prince Sultan Road, Completed November 2015. Project value $4MM.

Ghassan Holding Company
Ghassan Holding Group has decided to start up a new business lines within their business groups in construction materials industrial development to supporting the Real Estate business area. They had approached me to initiate and build up all the required infra-structure toward complete operation and successful business strategy development. The manufactures that will be developed and managed are (Stone Crasher, Calcium carbonates, Precast Concrete, Ready Mix Concrete, Mortar, Blocks, Structure Steel, Re-bars & bar Bending Steel, Window Aluminum, Aluminum Wall Cladding, and Wall Sandwich Panels). These manufactures are planned to be completed in 10 Years’ time.
In addition to that manage the Real Estate Project Department due to the high number of project that they have in land infra-structure development and buildings that they are building now.
Herein, based on my experience in Weatherford, I have been hired to use all of my experience and knowledge to develop the required strategy, build up the team, create budgets plans, cost centers, and manage them all) under Shomos Holding Name, as a Sub-Holding company to the original one (Ghassan Holding).

Currently working in Weatherford Oil Services since 2008 up to date, as a Sr. Projects Manager, Facility Operational Manager, and Manufacturing manager. Had completed the KSA operational Facility with a value of $ 80 million US Dollar as the department management head. This facility is consist of Workshop (22, 500SQM), Office Building (10, 000 SQM), Accommodation and Recreation Buildings (13000 SQM), and cafeteria (1, 500 SQM).
Managing the operation and running services of the facilities such as (Maintenance, Renovation, Landscaping, Janitorial, Catering, and Waste Management).
Managing a Well Screen Manufacture, which produces pipes technology to suck the oil out of the well which controls the pressure on the well for Saudi Aramco services, this includes managing supply chain, capital, working capital, operation, and customer relationship locally in KSA and globally.

Joined Saudi Aramco in 2001, as Civil Site Superintendent representative of the Project Management Team and has gained solid experience in project management through projects of various sizes with multifarious discipline requirements from civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, structural among others.
Currently, completing my Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Strathclyde University, the course has provided me with depth in know-how and broader perspective towards management.
My more than six years experience as part of the PMT, have given me full grasp of managing construction contractors ensuring they comply with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and Procedures; and construction practices are in accordance with company or international building codes.
