Responsible for processing of cheques of inward/outward clearing.
• Responsible for processing of rejected cheques of inward/outward clearing..
• Responsible for managing override/exceptional transactions.
• Responsible for processing of Manager cheques (Local currency).
• Responsible for processing of Demand Drafts (in Foreign currency).
• Responsible for processing of collection cheques (local/F. currency)
• Responsible for processing of cheque Stop payments (lost/stolen).
• Responsible for processing of post-dated cheques (including safe keeping).
• Responsible for arranging archiving/filing of all related records/reports.
• Responsible for discounting of Post dated cheques.
• Responsible for complete process of standard cheque book issuance.
• Responsible for maintenance of cash margin/suspense accounts and its reconciliation/balancing .
• Responsible of signature verification on client’s letter/cheques for special treatment.
• Responsible for daily proofing and reconciliation of clearing /suspense/internal accounts
• Responsible for retrieving/checking /filing of various reports related to the above activities.
• Responsible for producing statistic related to all assigned activities.
• Responsible for handling Local currency cash deposits & payments as teller if assigned.
• Responsible for handling FX cash transactions, exchange rate request and conversion.
• Responsible for handling of Cash deposit/withdrawal from Central bank.
• Responsible for cheque book issuance (part process).
• Responsible for processing cash collection transactions of outsourced service providers
• Responsible for printing, circulating and filing the necessary reports from BO/Share point etc
Inventory to collect checks and follow-up customers and suppliers to do maintenance of accounting books and prepare payroll constraints and staff time and follow-up of internal control of the company
