Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical
calculations to determine manufacturing processes and human resource requirements
Implement the material requirements planning MRP technique through effective usage of
the plant MRP system to minimize inventories while assuring product availability based on
Lead Time, Safety Stock, Inventory on Hand and materials on the way.
Responsible for Issue Orders for materials.
Follow up production plans for achieving MPS.
Implementing the principles of Supply Chai
Work on the development of standard specifications for raw materials and product to be
manufactured after reviewing the specifications of products competitors.
Study the proposed raw materials from the procurement committees in the central
administration and request experimental quantities to verify their validity in the laboratory
and on the production line.
