Executive Sales Engineer
Product Manager (Commercial Vehicles HVAC Systems)
Brief of Main Duties:
- Understand the product Technically, Prepare & Conduct Technical Presentations to meet client needs.
- Approach customers (Local & Abroad), combine Technical knowledge with Sales skills and breaking into new markets.
- Understand customer/market requirements, perform comparisons against competitors and analyze accordingly.
- Helping & Interfering in the design stage of custom-made products, discuss with Factory & Design/ Engineering Team to modify the design and suggest Engineering Solutions.
- Perform System Installation (Prototypes) with Service Team, Conduct Technical Tests and Explain the Results to customer.
- Prepare the Annual Sales Plan, Analyze Costs and Sales in order to increase profitability.
- Negotiating Tender and Contract terms, Offer after-sales support services.
Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Main Duties:
- Implementing Automation to convert most of manual works to Automatic in order to reduce manpower and increase accuracy and improve productivity.
- Inspecting and reviewing operation activities and determining production schedules.
- Purchasing new Machines considering Technical Requirements, Budget, Productivity and Quality.
- Maintenance of more than 290 Machineries and Vehicles (in Dubai, Oman, Qatar and Iraq) and maintain them in working condition and Providing Machinery 3rd Party Certificates on time.
- Implementing and Follow Periodic and Preventive Maintenance Plan, Reporting Quarterly M/E performance, Cost Study and Cost Control.
- Defining most used spare parts and controlling minimum stock level to avoid delay of any urgent break down.
- Providing best Automated Welding Solutions Specially Automatic Tanks Welding, Automatic Orbital Pipe Welding and Robotic Welding.
- Tracking all Vehicles by GPS System and Reporting Working Hours, Cumulative Distance, Trips, Geofence Event, Fuel Consumption, Idling Time, Speeding, Utilization and Abuse by Driver.
Supporting E.H.S team for getting JAFZA approval of O.F.C yearly Inspection and Renewal.

- 5 CNC Plasma & Oxy Plate Cutting Machines (SOITAAB-Italy, ESAB-USA & KR Electronics-Greece).
- 3 CNC Beam Drilling Lines (FICEP - Italy).
- 4 CNC Plate Punching and Drilling Machines (FICEP - Italy & DAMA - Taiwan).
- 4 Automatic Sand Blasting Machines and 1 Automatic Painting Line (GIETART - Holland).
- 20 Automatic Tank Welding Machines (ATW) (ALL FIT ENGINEERING China - LINCOLN USA).
- 1 Automatic Tank Jack-Up System (ALL FIT ENGINEERING China - LINCOLN USA).
