I am in the process department, responsible for managing the daily, weekly, and annual activities of the laboratory.

Manage laboratory

Analyze Samples and Interpret Results :Alkalinity, Ammonia, Chloride, Coliform, Conductivity, Cyanide, Fluoride, Hardness, Heterotrophic plate count, Jar tests, Metals, Microbiology of algae and water organisms, Multiple tube for MPN, Nitrate/Nitrite, Organics, pH, Phosphorus, Solids, Sulfate, Temperature, & Turbidity.
Calibrate and check instruments, Flow and loading calculations, Optimize equipment and instruments, Perform titrations, Prepare standards, Prepare standard curve,

Analyze Samples and Interpret Results Alkalinity, Ammonia, Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), Chemical oxygen demand (COD), Chlorine residual, Coliform, Conductivity, Dissolved oxygen, Hardness, Jar test, Metals, Microbiology of activated sludge, Nitrate/Nitrite, Oil and grease, Organics, Oxidation reduction potential (ORP), pH, Phosphorus, Solids, & Temperature.Calibrate and check instruments.

Interpret results
Monitoring the chemical programs of water treatment for (boilers - feed-feed tanks-condensers-cooling towers -chillers - waste water treatment unit) to assure that we are using the suitable doses with the recommended coast.
- following up the state of boilers, steam lines & water lines by making daily analysis
For the water & the steam (pH-TDS-TH-Ca-alkalinity-Cl-) & annual check for the boilers lines.
-follow up the waste water treatment, to make sure that it is receiving all the waste water, with the recommended waste water specification & all the stages applied with suitable doses (coagulants-flocculants), & to make sure the final effluent matches the Jordanian standard, to reuse water for irrigation.
Application of analysis for assuring the quality of product to observed Jordanian standard for the vegetable oils (FFA-PV-Soap content), during production operation.
