• Day to Day handling of functions, problems, Calls, correspondences, management & other Depts inquiries, Client, Vendors & subcontractors requests.

• Monitored the internal HR system(HRMS), Performance management system(EPMS), time sheet, monthly payroll, WPS systems & ERP systems to ensure 100% operations accuracy.
• Established and led the project welfare committee, planned the recreational activities, conducted meetings with the team, visiting individuals, developed services plan and recommended community resources within the company camp.
