Site Work Duties:
•Quality Assurance and Quality Control for All Construction Works.
•Planning & Ensuring Progress is according to Schedules.
•Studying and answering Technical information queries form contractor.
•Quantity Surveying, Variation orders & Issuing Payments.
•Health & Safety and Environmental assurance in accordance to Regulations.
•Document Control for All Project Aspects.
Office Work Duties:
•Reviewing Design Drawings, modify and issuing Construction Drawings.
•Preparation and Issuing BOQ’s for the Construction Tender.
•Planning and Preparation preliminary Construction Plan.
•Site Construction Support: Quantity Surveying, Answering Technical information queries.
•Reviewing Project Construction Plan in conjunction with the Master Projects Plan and update the master Plan
•Preparation of new Projects Proposals (Budgeting, Preliminary Drawings, Project Planning).
•Participating in preparation of Project Budget.
UNOPS Projects description:
1-Tulkarem Courthouse Facility: The Project is constructing New Courthouse Facility. The Project Consists a Building with total floor areas of about 9, 000m2. The works include construction reinforced concrete four story buildings, landscaping, electrical and mechanical work
2-Police Detention Cells (5 Projects): The projects is construction of new police detention cells, and refurbishment for existing facilities, including all civil works, electrical works, and mechanical works.
3-Small Arms Safety Training Facility)/ Jericho-Palestine: The Project is new constructed firing range/ Facility. Project Includes: Bulk Earthworks, Stone Boulders Retaining Walls, Bulk Concrete Works. Two Story Building. Landscaping and Asphalt Works. Over an area of 20, 000m2 of land.
4-PTF (Police Training Facility) / Jericho-Palestine: : The project is new constructed Police training facility, contains 12 Buildings, Electric Power Station, Mechanical Water Pumping Station, Asphalt Roads, Landscaping.

Project description: PRICO HOUSE: Commercial Medium Rise Building consists of nineteen floors. With a total area of 18362 m2.
•Managing all civil construction works at site.
•Managing Material delivery to site.
•Managing Precast Yard.
•Material Suppliers management.
•Coordination with the designer and site office for latest construction drawings.
•Progress report and updating the progress plan with the planning department.
Project description: Buhasa- Habshan Gas Pipeline “BHGP”: 50 km Pipeline, with Stations and sub-Stations. Includes Buildings, Roads and Landscaping.
