Duties:
•Review and approve proposals of projects.
•Contracts dictation and administration.
•Allocate tasks and priorities as needed.
•Anticipate risks and evaluate related financial and group needs.
•Approve and control all budgets prepared by team.
•Progress monthly monitoring for the projects to ensure time, cost and quality are within targets set.
•Direct the projects managers and design team.
•Deliver projects to the group satisfaction and goals set.
•Identify training required to working team.
Carrying out overall management of project detailed design, construction, design & build processes;
• Ensuring quality control of all procured products (services, works, equipment).
• Managing the technical supervision of project implementation.
• Managing staff (both field and office staff) of the team;
• Defining the risks and providing the ways of their mitigations in timely and professional manner.
• Developing technical/managerial and engineering related assignments and terms of references for all
types of procurement carried by the Company.
• Carrying out overall planning process.
• Ensuring the timeliness of the project implementation.
• Dealing with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensuring high quality and timely interdepartmental information flow at the Company about the
project progress made.
• Design management during construction stage.
• Management and coordination of project handover for the Facility management.
• Supervising project management activities and resident engineers on a regular basis.
• Representing the company in the construction contracts.
• Support management in critical business and investment decisions from financial perspective.
•Back office support to site supervisory staff.
Project : Six (B+G +3 P+21) towers at Sky courts cost of 1.4Billion DHS
Coordinate and direct development to ensure delivery of client expectations.
•Review /approve structure and matrix of stakeholders.
•Initiate several construction packages within overall development.
•Approve and control all budgets and payments for all project parties.
•Progress monthly monitoring for the projects to ensure time, cost and quality are within targets set.
•Contracts administrating.
•Prepare and control handing over plan for end users.
Mudon - a development of multi phases Villa project; phase 1&2 completed and phase 3 is under construction with cost of 900 Million DHS,
Review and initiate RFPs.
