I was work in call Center in the bank. after one year and 3 months I transferred to Branches. until August 2013 I transfer to Zain telecommunication company in call center. Since 1 of September 2013 untill this day I still working with Zain. now I transfer to the resolution Department and start from 11-1-2016 my new rolls.
work as a resolution officer for one month from January 2017 until February 2017. interact with people issues and solved them. following customer complains with the concerns department directly, met with other officers in the other department and try to improve the service with get issues.
I was start an agent call center then after one year and 3 months I moved to the branch as a teller agent.
now I work in resolution team at Zain telecommunication Company. after gotten 2 years and 3 months in the inbound agent
