• Installing DTU, Routers, and Switches in the customers and Qualitynet
sites.

• Responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of MPLS core/edge, IGW core, ACR & WIMAX CPE, ISDN core as well as fixed wireless system.
• Responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of all customer complaints related to networking escalated by the NOC team.
• Responsible for firewall, WIMAX AAA server and Cisco SCE administration.
• Responsible for Cisco SCE & billing integration in order to not allow unauthorized customer/users to avail MADA network.
• Ensure that all the MADA customer are connected to the MPLS cloud in order to provide quality service and stable network.
• Work along with other network engineers for the optimum utilization of the wireless network features based on new/existing customers requirements to assure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Perform new system evaluation procedure as recommended by the IP Manager.
• Identify the customer problems and share the observation in order to solve the network issue.
• Coordinate with the vendors, get quotations for certain networks parts, negotiate with them and place necessary orders as per the advice of the IP Manager.
• Coordinate with the vendors on critical problems to share the observations and to solve the network issues.
• Coordinate with local ISP technical teams to design the requested solution by the their customers and implement it.
• Coordinate with the Fiber-Optic contractor for site survey, BoQ preparation, quote collection PO issuance and work execution.
• Provide pre-sale advice to sales team on technical issues as per the demands of the customer and design flexible and adaptive solutions as per the customer requirement.
• Simulate the requirement from the customers in MADA network to provide suggestions on our acceptability/unacceptability to perform the job.
• Able to prepare technical proposal, specifications, contract documents for the customers.
• Assure availability of Resources (Manpower and Equipments) to
Guarantee 24/7 Operations.
• Co-ordinate and Co-operate with ISP relating CAMELOT Net Café.
• Establish reputable Net of Relayions and well Delevery of Service
