• Calculation Of Quantities And Costs, Review And Approval Of Material Requests And Contractors' Entitlements, Project Pricing, Technical Support for Projects Such As Providing Samples Of Materials, Suppliers And Contractors According To The Needs Of Each project, Prepare Project Schedule Through Primavera Program, Visit The Projects To Ensure The Percentage Of Completion Of Work With The Project Manager, Update The Monthly Schedule, Receive Monthly Reports From Project Managers And Prepare Monthly Report For All Projects.

Review architectural design to be implemented and provide all the shop drawings for approval by the consultant and the owner and the adoption of materials and account amounts architectural items .. The receipt and delivery works to the architectural consultant.
Find projects and calculate quantities and pricing and the formation of teams of workers, technicians and supervision to raise their productivity and quality of implementation of the project
I participated in the implementation of projects as an engineer consultant resident received the project plans to be performed by the contractor and reviewed and approved and watching the quality of the materials used in the project and the quality of work and efficiency of contractors and implementation of specific items in time for the implementation of each item .. And maintain financial rights and the operation for the owner and the contractor.
