As an official partner of Epicor Software Corporation, I provided cutting-edge technologies, including Industry 4.0, IOT, and MES solutions, specifically tailored for manufacturers and distributors. I conducted regular events and meetings to inform potential clients about the benefits of digital transformation and to support business growth within these markets.
In my role, I oversaw the execution of various external software deployment projects across diverse sectors, including the Medical, Trading, Accounting, and ICT industries. I led cross-functional teams in development, sales, and accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of top-tier services to our valued clients. My notable accomplishments include facilitating successful software deployments in over 50 businesses nationwide, pioneering the launch of the largest online medical appointment system in Bahrain, introducing a dedicated medical app for doctors, expanding the companys client portfolio, and elevating the overall customer experience.
I assumed responsibility for the daily operations of the IT Team, encompassing development, testing, and deployment. I served as the primary point of contact between the company and our esteemed customers, delivering best professional services. I conducted numerous training sessions, catering to a diverse audience. Additionally, I actively engaged in customer requirement gathering, participated in meetings, and managed change requests (CR). My role effectively bridged the gap between our technical team and the business, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
I began my journey as a coder, specializing in website development and design, and working with C#, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, MySQL, HTML, and Photoshop for design purposes. During my tenure, I contributed to the establishment and configuration of comprehensive hospital management systems, covering areas like medical, accounting, and insurance. I took on the responsibility of creating business reports from the ground up, managing databases, designing user interfaces, and seamlessly integrating hardware solutions. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in innovating coding practices, introducing new ideas and enhancing technologies, which directly contributed to the companys strategic growth and direction.
I was responsible for overseeing ICT equipment, managing hardware, and ensuring the timely implementation of software updates.
