Procurement & Logistic Clerk
(A)Prepares and keeps up-to-date relevant documentation and records or inventory and direct charge items and related activities, control
Movements of items and maintains follow-up systems as required.
(B)Raises and/or verifies procurement and logistics documents and ensures that they are correctly prepared.
(C)Verifies and prepares related reports and statistics.
(D)Completes standard forms, drafts correspondence and maintains files.
(E)May act as a custodian of an impress funds.
(F May be required to assist in a market research for local purchases or to make local purchases.
