Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to a book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
Payroll and loans & advance reconciliation.
Prepare cash flow statements.
Monitoring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
Supporting month end and year end close process.
Preparation clearing accounts between sister companies and prove transactions that have been recorded in the particular branch.
Reviewing cashbook and their conformity with the actual balances.
Handling all General Accounts (Mutual accounts, accruals, prepaid).
Handling Fixed Assets management (department wise & supporting Department) and depreciation.
Making adjustment transactions for all the branches.
Prepare budgets and financial plans.
Develop accounting policies and procedures.
Handle any financial tasks assigning by line manager if needed.
Responsible for the accounts of the branch of Core Trading in the Republic of Madagascar.
Record all foreign sales and purchases according to official invoices.
Preparing monthly settlements and closings.
Preparing periodic and continuous reports and statistics and submitting them to the management.
