Preparation of accounts to help in completion of self-assessment tax returns, produce financial statements to file at Companies House and HMRC
Responsible of accounting departments, liaison with external auditors, establishing and executing internal controls, responsible for all banking and finance activities as well as financial reporting and planning.
Preparing financial statements.
Preparation and filing of tax returns.
Preparation and VAT returns.
Maintaining customers payroll records and national insurance contributions.
Bookkeeping and maintaining customers records.
Reporting monthly business performance results
Preparation and reporting of monthly financial statements.
Monitoring and controlling management plans through variance analysis.
Receivables management and collection follow up.
Payables management.
Budget vs. Actual - review and report.
Setting and communicating management plans through annual zero budgeting.
Coordination between different departments to ensure targets are achieved.
Recommendations to management on the financial matters and opportunities.
Managing cash through short & intermediate cash forecast.
Reconciliation of sub ledger accounts to the control accounts.
Examine activities to insure controls are in place and in compliance with management plans and policies.
Prepares and submit audit findings and makes recommendations to management.
Reconciliation of inter company accounts.
Payroll review & reconciliation.
Preparation of national insurance contributions and updating the Saudi national insurance co. with the change in head count and related benefits.
Liaison with external auditors.
Preparation of statutory financials in accordance with the Saudi generally accepted accounting principles and the DZIT regulations.
Managing administrations and personnel affairs.
Preparation of financial statements.
Cash Flow statements preparation and variances analysis.
Budget vs. Actual - review and report.
Recommendations to management on the financial matters and opportunities.

Oversees accounting department, meets regularly with department heads and maintain communication to keep informed on direction.
Preparing monthly managerial reports with key performance indicators.
Preparing monthly financial reports that include balance sheet and sub ledger reconciliation.
