• Daily inspections to ensure compliance to specifications and IFC drawings. Complete ITP checklists of various work scopes.
• Participate in audits of ITP documentation completion.
• Organize pre-construction meetings to ensure adherence to quality and design standards.
• Proactively prevent non-conformances.
• Open discussions with subcontractors and engineers on a path forward regarding non-conformances.
• Inspect various construction aspects, including but not limited to stations, LRT guideway, utilities, overseeing bridge rehabilitations/new builds, retaining walls and stairs.
• Asphalt paving: roads, pathways, reinstatements.
• Generate NCR's/Observations for nonconforming items, revising inspection and test plans, closing out inspection and test plans.
• Extensive experience in conducting quality inspections and tests to verify product integrity.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients and subcontractors regarding quality matters.
• Address any comments the client or IQAF have on ITP's or site work.

• Concrete testing for air amount, slump, temperature & sampling concrete
for compressive cylinders casting.
• Conducting field and laboratory reports.Page 2 of 2
• Compaction testing using the nuclear density gauge.
• Collecting different granular and earth material samples for
gradation/proctor and QA sampling

• Overseeing the installation of railings in various settings, such as construction sites,
buildings, bridges and outdoor structures.
• Find new jobs that best fit our work scope.
• Work with the project manager in estimating costs of material & labor.
• Assisting the engineer with drafting CAD designs and comparing with the site
environment for the most feasible design.
• Attend pre-construction meetings for new jobs/potential jobs.
