-Identified several unutilised pieces of equipment and integrated these systems and components with minimum investment cost. Developed a new solution of external production which served as the main strategy component for development as well as the primary revenue stream, delivering returns against investment within seven months.
-Introduced a new business domain based on providing consultancy in developing media business for media services, including technology development and creative solutions, training solutions, management consultancy, etc. to stabilise company and revamp its image.

Initiated project to develop digital archive system and GIS which was successfully approved by government and allotted required budget.
After graduation worked as an instructor. Enhanced course by introducing new software and secured approval for developing computer labs and syllabusfrom the university.math, electronics, etc
