1. Contact with the commercial manager in order to make the contract between our Company & the client in Egypt which we agree on a specific time of deliver the product to the client warehouse.
2. Search the global market for a suitable Supplier & Contact with him in order to get exactly Weight & Dims for the Cargo.
3. Contact with the freight forwarder in order to get best offer rate, Service, Transit Time & reputable shipping line.
4. After choosing the freight forwarder which we deal with, ask the forwarder to start the process of booking for this shipment & identify ETD, ETA of it.
5. Contacting with the supplier in order to arrange & send Shipping docs ( Invoice, Packing List, Legalized certificate of origin, Bill of Loading, Fumigation Certificate if The cargo needed ).
6. Track the shipping docs till they delivered to our ware house in order to make form (4) from the bank if the amount of the invoice is more than 5000$.
7. Track the shipment until it delivered to the port or Airport.
8. Send the shipping docs to the customs clearance agent in order to start the

10. Arrange with the accounting Dept. in order to arrange the freight cost & Customs amount.
11. Follow with the transportation team in order to be sure that the cargo will be delivered to the client on the time which we agreed before on the contract
