• Work as a suppliers accountant(account payable): • Supervise the purchasing department on the amount of goods and the prices to ensure the accuracy of the invoices and the purchasing orders. • Make a regularly correspondence with the suppliers to ensure the accuracy of their accounts. • Enter and upload the invoices of the suppliers into system • Document the Permanent supplier's prices • Recording the outgoing Diary of stores • Doing a regular inventory on the stores and fixed assets • Work as a financial accountant: • Recording daily receipts and payments in cash or checks, • Recording and monitoring the movement of checks and writing a due checks on the company, • Review the company account at the bank( The collection of checks, deposit, withdrawal, payment bills), • Doing an inventory on the checks and treasury • Doing finance reports for payroll monthly ( advance payment ,loans ). • Work as a sales accountant(accounts receivable): • Recording the outgoing dairy of production . • Enter and upload the invoices of the customers into system . • Review the customers account every month and archieving it. • Work as a cost accountant : • Decrease the factory cost for raw material and expenses(project). • Calculate the cost of imported raw materials . • Pricing the finish product. • Calculate the cost of production process • Calculate the fixes cost and variable cost
