• Coordinate public relations efforts that maintain the center in a favorable light, creates interest in the center, promotes special events, and increases exposure of tenants, builds relationships with key media, and enhances the overall perception of the center.Coordinate a community relations program that makes the center an integral part of the trade area and a community resource.
• Maintain center’s Web site and registered shopper database. Control appropriate social media to support center.
• Create opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
• Work with senior level management to determine sales goals for products and supplements, and establish strategies to reach these goals.
• Definition of the commercial and Marketing strategy
• Develop marketing and information material for products.
• Establish and build relationships with potential clients, identify new leads, and identify areas of opportunity for sales growth in the market place.
• Responsible for arranging sales meetings with Naturopathic Doctors, Homeopaths, and Holistic and Health food stores.
• Must be able to thoroughly explain the product ingredients in detail, the product benefits, results, how they interact with other supplements and medications, safe dosages, recommended use, medical conditions that should avoid using products, side effects, etc.
• Track sales and provide comprehensive reports detailing product success in the market place, opportunities for growth, and make product recommendations based on customer feedback.
• Responsible for the participation in industry trade shows, set up, marketing and branding strategies, promotional materials, and customer outreach at events in order to educate consumers and customers about the brand and supplements
